Price Confidence Layer is an AI product concept developed for the WIT × DigiSoc × Domain Redesign Lab 2026, designed to help first-home buyers navigate conflicting property price signals. Rather than introducing another valuation estimate, our team proposed an explainable trust layer that combines Domain’s existing AVM, comparable sales, guide history and market data into a Confidence Score, Expected Reality Range and plain-English explanation. The project covered user research, problem framing, buyer journey redesign, AI and data architecture, responsible AI principles, product prototyping and impact measurement—shifting the experience from simply helping buyers find properties to helping them decide with confidence.
